About Us

Harvey Gilbert, President and Broker-in-Charge

Harvey Gilbert has thirty years of real estate experience which includes appraisal and valuation consulting, development of master planned communities, brokerage, leasing and property management. He has held regional management positions in a national real estate firm, a big-six accounting firm/ real estate consulting practice and the land development subsidiary of a Fortune 100 forest products company. Harvey has coordinated the development and sale of planned-unit developments with over 250 million dollars in sales volume in Coastal Georgia and South Carolina over the last ten years. He has also conducted market feasibility and project consulting services on a wide array of properties and mixed-use projects for land owners, banks, and financial institutions and corporate clients.

Harvey earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds the MAI designation as a member of the Appraisal Institute and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified General Appraiser in Georgia and South Carolina. Harvey is Past President of the Savannah Board of Realtors Commercial Council and the Savannah Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He is extensively involved in the community service arena and currently serves on several boards of directors.

Cindy Gilbert, Vice-President

Cindy Gilbert is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a Masters in Urban Studies from Georgia State University. She has a background in urban planning and has held positions with Central Atlanta Progress, the Downtown Raleigh Development Authority and the Georgia Research Alliance. Cindy also has extensive work experience in the non-profit sector in the areas of social services program development and management, and resource development. Cindy is involved in office management, client development and associated marketing.

Stephen Ezelle, CCIM, Associate

Stephen earned a B.S. degree in Real Estate from The University of South Carolina. He joined Gilbert Realty Company, LLC in September of 2003. Stephen is a licensed sales associate in Georgia and South Carolina as well as a Georgia State Registered Appraiser. He is a member of the Savannah - Hilton Head Realtors Commercial Alliance, as well as the Savannah Area Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Stephen is also a Certfied Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation that recognizes expertise in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate held by only 6 percent of the 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide.

Stephen is actively involved in conducting market/feasibility studies on a wide array of mixed-use properties and projects in addition to other consulting assignments and general brokerage activities.

Gwin joined Gilbert Realty Company, LLC in May of 2005.
